Our Team

Bradley Welsh, Founder

Bradley is an experienced educational consultant, qualified SEND practitioner, and school leader with over 15 years of international experience across the United Kingdom and Asia. His career spans founding headship, senior leadership, and specialist SEND roles, providing him with a broad understanding of how high-quality teaching, inclusive practice, and effective leadership work together to improve outcomes for children.

Before relocating overseas, Bradley worked with national nursery organisations in the UK as a Teaching, Learning and Development Manager, supporting early years settings to strengthen practice, implement statutory guidance, and build the professional capacity and confidence of educators.

Now based in Thailand for over a decade, Bradley works within one of Bangkok's leading international schools, where he champions inclusive education and collaborates with educators and delegates from across Asia to share evidence-informed approaches to SEND, Early Years practice, and school improvement. His extensive experience living and working in Thailand has given him a deep appreciation of cultural diversity and the importance of adapting educational practice to meet the needs of international communities.

Bradley's practice is underpinned by trauma-informed principles, relational pedagogy, and a strong belief in the power of play as the foundation for learning, development, and wellbeing. He is passionate about helping educators understand behaviour through a relational lens, creating environments where children feel safe, connected, and able to thrive.

Through consultancy, coaching, and professional development, Bradley partners with schools to translate educational research into practical, sustainable strategies that strengthen teaching, develop confident practitioners, and create inclusive learning environments where every child can flourish.
